Sweet, grilled watermelon and tart lime combine for the perfect summertime sip. Blended together with Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup, ice, and soda water, this punch will be the talk of the BBQ.

1/4 Cup | plus 2 tablespoons olive oil |

Step 1
When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 450°F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Step 2
Drizzle the watermelon slices with the olive oil and season with salt.
2 Small seedless watermelons, sliced into wedges

Place the watermelon directly on the grill grates. Close the lid and cook, flipping once, until grill marks appear on both sides, about 10 minutes total. Remove from grill and transfer to the refrigerator to cool, at least 30 minutes.

Reserve 4-6 slices of watermelon for garnish, then cut the rind off of the remaining slices. Transfer the watermelon flesh to a blender and add the lime juice and Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup. Blend until smooth.

Pour the watermelon juice into a pitcher and add ice and soda water. Stir to combine.

Pour the punch into Collins glasses and garnish each glass with lime wheel and reserved watermelon slice. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
