Add gin, lemon juice and Traeger Simple Syrup to a mixing tin with ice. Shake and strain into a champagne flute.

For the grilled lemons: When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill and set the temperature to 500 F. Preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.

Brush lemons with Traeger Simple Syrup and place lemons directly on grill grate. Grill until caramelized marks appear, about 15 minutes on each side.
