These adobo skewers are soaked in zestful flavor - just sauce them and let them chill out overnight, then grill 'em hot and fast tomorrow for a quick lunch or dinner.

2 Teaspoon | garlic, minced |
2 Teaspoon | onion powder |
3/4 Cup | rice vinegar |
1/4 Cup | soy sauce |
3 Tablespoon | honey |
2 Whole | lime, juiced |
As Needed | salt |
As Needed | black pepper |

Step 1
Mix all the ingredients, including the chicken, in a large bowl.

1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
2 Teaspoon garlic, minced
2 Teaspoon onion powder
3/4 Cup rice vinegar
1/4 Cup soy sauce
3 Tablespoon honey
2 Whole lime, juiced
As Needed salt
As Needed black pepper
Step 2
Cover the mixture and refrigerate overnight.
Step 3
When ready to cook, set the Traeger to high and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Place the marinated chicken on the skewers and grill on the Traeger, turning occasionally until cooked (12-15 minutes).
