1 Teaspoon | onion powder |
1 Teaspoon | Jacobsen Salt Co. Pure Kosher Sea Salt |

When ready to cook, start the Traeger at 500 F. Preheat, lid closed for 10-15 minutes.

Step 2
Take the steaks out of the fridge and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut steaks into two 6 oz pieces.

Rub both sides of the steak with the garlic, onion, salt and pepper.

When the grill is ready, put the steaks on the outer rim of the grill to get the most direct heat to the steaks. Close the lid and wait 3-4 minutes before checking.

Flip the steaks once. Cook the steak to desired internal temperature on the one side without flipping it (135F for medium rare).

Pull the steaks and let rest for 5-10 minutes, this is key. Serve. Enjoy!
