4 Can (12 oz) cans beer
2 Large onions, peeled and sliced into rings
2 Tablespoon butter
10 uncooked bratwurst
10 hot dog buns
mustard, for serving

  • 1

Pour beer into a large saucepan. Add onions and butter. Bring to a simmer on the stovetop.

  • 2

When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 350°F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

  • 5

Transfer the brats to the beer mixture and cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil.

  • 6
