These aren’t the brussels sprouts you scoffed at as a kid, they’re smoky & seasoned to perfection.

1/2 Pound | thick-cut bacon |
1 Medium | onion, diced |
2 Pound | fresh Brussels sprouts |
2 Tablespoon | olive oil |
To Taste | salt and pepper |
Step 1
When ready to cook, set temperature to 350 degrees F and preheat with lid closed for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 2
Place bacon directly on grill grate and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove from grill and set aside on paper towel lined plate.
1/2 Pound thick-cut bacon
Step 3
Slice onion in half and then slice into 1⁄4 inch moons and add to large mixing bowl. Slice brussels sprouts in half lengthwise and add to bowl.
1 Medium onion, diced
2 Pound fresh Brussels sprouts
Step 4
Cut reserved bacon into 1⁄2 inch pieces and add to bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat and pour into baking pan.
2 Tablespoon olive oil
To Taste salt and pepper
Step 5
Turn the temperature on grill to 375 and place baking pan on grill. Roast for 30 minutes mixing halfway through cooking.
