Roasted Cinnamon Almonds

That undeniable smell of cinnamon roasted almonds just got another enticing layer, thanks to Traeger’s wood-fired flavor. Simply toss the almonds in the coating mixture and roast for 90 minutes for a tasty, protein-packed snack.

1 Wholeegg white
1/2 Cupgranulated sugar
1/2 Cupbrown sugar
1 Tablespoonground cinnamon
1 Pinchsalt

  • Step 1

    Place egg white in a small bowl and whisk until frothy. Stir in both of the sugars, cinnamon and salt. Toss almonds with egg white mixture and coat well.

    Ingredients
    • 1 Whole egg white

    • 1/2 Cup granulated sugar

    • 1/2 Cup brown sugar

    • 1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon

    • 1 Pinch salt

    • 1 Pound Almonds

  • Step 2

    Spread almonds out on a parchment lined sheet tray making sure they are in one even layer.

  • Step 3

    When ready to cook, set the temperature to 225 degrees F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Place the sheet tray directly on the grill grate and roast almonds for 90 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes or so until coating is dry.
