4 Whole Boneless Duck Breasts, 6oz
1/4 Cup Traeger Big Game Rub

    Using a sharp knife, score the skin of the duck so it has a 1/4” diamond pattern.

    Season both sides of the duck with Traeger Big Game Rub.

    When ready to cook, set the Traeger to 275℉ (135 C) and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

    Place the duck breasts, meat side down, on the grate. Close the lid and cook for 10 minutes.

    Increase the temperature to High and cook for another 10 minutes with the skin side on the grate, until it reaches as internal temperature around 130℉ (50-55 C).

    Remove from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Slice against the grain and serve in thick slices. Enjoy!
