Grilled Rabbit Tail Cocktail

Citrus, smoke and apple brandy come together in perfect harmony for the perfect fall cocktail. Wood-fired lemon wheels, the juice of lemon and orange get mixed with smoked simple syrup and stirred into apple brandy for a cold drink that'll warm your insides.

- 3/4 Ounce
- lemon juice
- 2 Ounce
- Apple Brandy
- 1/2 Ounce
- orange juice
- 1/2 Ounce
- Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup

Step
- Step 1 - When ready to cook, set the Traeger to 350℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. 
- Step 2 - Place lemon halves directly on the grill grate and cook for 20-25 minutes or until grill marks appear. Remove from grill and let cool. Once cool enough to handle, juice the lemons then chill and reserve the juice. - 00:25 - 350 ˚F / 177 ˚C - Ingredients- 3/4 Ounce lemon juice 
 
- Step 3 - Using the proportions listed above and considering the size and consumption rate of your tailgate crew or party, mix all the above ingredients in a large thermos and top with a bit of ice. - Ingredients- 2 Ounce Apple Brandy 
- 1/2 Ounce orange juice 
- 1/2 Ounce Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup 
 
- Step 4 - Using 6-8 oz glasses or cups, guests can serve themselves from the thermos and garnish each drink with a grilled apple slice. Enjoy!
