Smoke your senses with this flavorful potato salad. New potatoes are given our smoke treatment and roasted to golden brown, tossed with a spicy mayo and the perfect blend of fresh herbs.

|1 Tablespoon||Jacobsen Salt Co. Pure Kosher Sea Salt|
|1/2 Teaspoon||black pepper|
|2 Tablespoon||olive oil|
|2 Pound||small new potatoes|
|1 Tablespoon||Parsley & Chives, chopped|
When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke.
Toss potatoes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place on a sheet pan and place the sheet pan directly on the grill grate and smoke for 15-20 minutes.

1/2 Teaspoon black pepper
2 Tablespoon olive oil
2 Pound small new potatoes
Remove from grill and adjust the temperature to High and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minute
450 ˚F / 232 ˚C
Place the potatoes back on the grill and cook an additional 20-25 minutes or until tender. When they are cooked through, allow to cool.
While the potatoes are cooking, combine the mayonnaise and Sriracha. When potatoes are cool to the touch, toss potatoes with the Sriracha mayonnaise, parsley and chives. Enjoy!
2 Cup mayonnaise
4 Tablespoon Sriracha
1 Tablespoon Parsley & Chives, chopped
