Bundle up for the big game & Traeger this quick & easy tailgating side dish. These wood-fired tots are smothered in bacon & cheese & taste great on a cold day.

Ingredients

- 1 Whole
- frozen tater tots
- As Needed
- salt and pepper
- 1 Cup
- sour cream
- 1 Cup
- shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/2 Cup
- bacon, chopped
- 1/4 Cup
- green onion, diced

Step
- Step 1 - Preheat Traeger to 375 degrees F, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes. 
- Step 2 - Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy clean up and spread frozen tater tots onto sheet. - Ingredients- 1 Whole frozen tater tots 
 
- Step 3 - Sprinkle with Traeger Veggie Shake or salt and pepper to taste. - Ingredients- As Needed salt and pepper 
 
- Step 4 - Place the baking sheet on the preheated grill grate and cook the tater tots for 10 minutes. 
- Step 5 - Drizzle sour cream over cooked tater tots. - Ingredients- 1 Cup sour cream 
 
- Step 6 - Sprinkle the cheese, bacon bits and green onions on top of the tater tots. - Ingredients- 1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided 
- 1/2 Cup bacon, chopped 
- 1/4 Cup green onion, diced 
 
- Step 7 - Turn heat up to High heat and cook for 5 more minutes until the cheese melts and serve immediately. Enjoy!
