- cheddar cheese

- hamburger buns

- Traeger Texas Spicy BBQ Sauce

- Pickle, slices

Form ground beef into eight 1/3 lb patties. Season each patty on both sides with Traeger Beef rub.

When ready to cook, set the Traeger to 350℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

For the Bacon: Place bacon slices directly on grill grate and cook for 15-20 minutes or until crispy.

Increase the grill temperature to High and preheat.

Place burger patties directly on grill grate and cook for 4 minutes on each side or to desired doneness.

Top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese and cook, lid closed, until cheese melts.

To serve, top each bottom bun with Texas Spicy BBQ sauce, pickles, patty, and repeat with BBQ sauce, pickles, patty, sauce and pile with bacon. Top with top bun. Enjoy!
