Ultimate Baked Garlic Bread

When ready to cook, start the Traeger on Smoke until a fire is established (4-5 minutes). Set temperature to 375 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.

1 Baguette
1/2 Cupmayonnaise
1/2 Cupbutter
4 Tablespoonfresh parsley
6 Clovegarlic

1 Cupmozzarella cheese
1/2 CupParmesan cheese

  • Step 1

    When ready to cook, start the Traeger on Smoke until a fire is established (4-5 minutes). Set temperature to 375 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Lay baguette on a cutting board and cut it in half lengthwise.

    Ingredients
    • 1  Baguette

  • Step 3

    In a bowl, add butter, mayonnaise, parsley, garlic, salt and chili flakes. Mix well.

    • 1/2 Cup mayonnaise

    • 1/2 Cup butter

    • 4 Tablespoon fresh parsley

    • 6 Clove garlic

    • To Taste salt

    •  red chile flakes

  • Step 4

    Spread butter mixture on baguette halves and top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

    Ingredients
    • 1 Cup mozzarella cheese

    • 1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese

  • Step 5

    Place baguette on the grill (if you like the bread crisp do not use foil and if you like it soft wrap with foil). Grill for approximately 15 to 25 minutes.
