Don't be fooled by the name, smoked pineapple and orange juice, mixed with two types of rum make this cocktail as lively as they come.

  • 6 Fluid Ounce Fresh Orange & Pineapple Juice

  • 2 Fluid Ounce white rum

  • 2 Fluid Ounce Rum

  • 2 Fluid Ounce lime juice

  • 1 Fluid Ounce Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup

  • 2 Orange, grilled

  • 2 Pineapple, grilled

  • 2 Cherry, grilled

    When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke.

    Smoked Orange and Pineapple Juice: Pour equal parts fresh squeezed orange juice and pineapple juice into a shallow sheet pan and smoke for 45 minutes. Remove and let cool.

    • 6 Fluid Ounce Fresh Orange & Pineapple Juice

    Add dark and light rums, 3 oz smoked orange and pineapple juice, the lime juice and Traeger Simple Syrup to a mixing glass.

    • 2 Fluid Ounce white rum

    • 2 Fluid Ounce Rum

    • 2 Fluid Ounce lime juice

    • 1 Fluid Ounce Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup

    Add ice, shake and strain over clean ice in a Tikki glass.

    Garnish with a grilled orange, pineapple and cherry skewer. Enjoy!
