  • 8 chicken drumsticks

  • 2 Tablespoon Traeger Chicken Rub

  • 1/2 Cup Traeger 'Que BBQ Sauce

    Season each drumstick and let rest for 20 minutes.

    When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 275°F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

    Hang the drumsticks on the leg hanger (alternatively, place directly on the grill grate flipping halfway through) and cook for 1 hour.

    Remove the drumsticks from the hanger (or grate) and place in a pan.

    Cover with foil and cook for 45 more minutes or until meat reaches an internal temperature of 190 degrees F.

    Remove the foil and sauce all drumsticks in the pan.

    Cook for an additional 15 minutes so sauce can set.
