Grilled Lemon Pepper Pork Tenderloin

1 Clovegarlic, minced
1 Teaspoonfreshly minced parsley
1 Teaspoonlemon juice
1/4 Teaspoonblack pepper
1/2 Teaspoonkosher salt
2 Tablespoonolive oil
1 (2 lb) pork tenderloin

  • Step 1

    In a small bowl, whisk together everything except the tenderloin.

    Ingredients
    • 2  lemons, zested

    • 1 Clove garlic, minced

    • 1 Teaspoon freshly minced parsley

    • 1 Teaspoon lemon juice

    • 1/4 Teaspoon black pepper

    • 1/2 Teaspoon kosher salt

    • 2 Tablespoon olive oil

  • Step 2

    Trim all silverskin and excess fat from the tenderloin.

    Ingredients
    • 1  (2 lb) pork tenderloin

  • Step 3

    Place pork in a large resealable bag. Pour the marinade over the tenderloin and zip closed. Transfer to the refrigerator and marinate for at least 2 hours but no more than 8.

  • Step 4

    When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 375˚F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

    Remove the tenderloin from the bag and discard the marinade.

  • Step 6

    When the grill is hot, place tenderloin directly on the grill grate and cook 15 to 20 minutes, flipping once halfway through until the internal temperature reaches 145˚F.

  • Step 7

    Remove from the heat and let rest 5 to 10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
