1 Pound | cold bacon |
1/2 Cup | pure maple syrup, warmed |
1/2 Cup | brown sugar, plus more as needed |

When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 300℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Lay bacon strips in a single layer on the wire rack.

1 Pound cold bacon

Using a pastry brush, brush each strip of bacon on both sides with the warmed maple syrup, then sprinkle brown sugar evenly on both sides.

Put the baking sheet in the grill and cook bacon for 60-75 minutes, or until bacon browns and appears to be crisping.
