Our pineapple coleslaw is a fresh, flavorful side with the perfect balance of sweet and tangy flavors, ready to elevate any BBQ dish on your Traeger. Serve it up with pulled pork on a bun, alongside smoked brisket, or even with grilled chicken or fish as the ultimate summer side.
Prep Time
2 Tablespoon | mayonnaise |
1 Tablespoon | sour cream |
1 Tablespoon | cider vinegar |
2 Tablespoon | pineapple juice |
1 Tablespoon | brown sugar |
1 Teaspoon | orange zest |
Pinch | Traeger Anything Rub |
2 Cup | shredded cabbage (red, green or a mix) |
1/3 Cup | green onions, chopped |
3 Tablespoon | chopped fresh cilantro |
1 Cup | fresh pineapple, diced |
1 Whole | jalapeno, seeded & chopped |

Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the ingredients for the dressing and mix well.

1 Tablespoon sour cream
1 Tablespoon cider vinegar
2 Tablespoon pineapple juice
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 Teaspoon orange zest
Pinch Traeger Anything Rub
Step 2
In a separate medium bowl, combine all the ingredients for the slaw and toss.
2 Cup shredded cabbage (red, green or a mix)
1/3 Cup green onions, chopped
3 Tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 Cup fresh pineapple, diced
1 Whole jalapeno, seeded & chopped
Step 3
Pour dressing over top and mix well. Serve immediately anywhere you’d use coleslaw. We suggest adding it to your Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwiches
