Diva Q's Savory Smoked Nuts

Ingredients

2 Tablespoonclarified butter
1 Teaspoonsesame oil
2 CupMixed Nuts (Almonds, Pecans, Peanuts etc)
1 1/2 Teaspoonhot sauce
1 1/2 TeaspoonWorcestershire sauce
1 Teaspoonsalt

Step

  • Step 1

    Mix all ingredients (except salt) in a bowl and spread on a greased disposable aluminum pan in a single layer.

    Ingredients
    • 2 Tablespoon clarified butter

    • 1 Teaspoon sesame oil

    • 2 Cup Mixed Nuts (Almonds, Pecans, Peanuts etc)

    • 1 1/2 Teaspoon hot sauce

    • 1 1/2 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • Step 2

    When ready to cook, set temperature to 250℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Smoke the nuts for approximately 1 hour turning the nuts every 15 minutes. When they are done, remove from the grill and sprinkle on the salt.

  • Step 4

    When cooled, store in a completely airtight container.

  • Step 5

    For a sweet and spicy smoked nut, add 2 tbsp honey powder, 2 tsp cayenne powder and 1 tsp cinnamon. Enjoy!
