- 1/4 Cup

Step
- Step 1 - When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 180℉ and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal flavor, use Super Smoke, if available. - 180 ˚F / 82 ˚C - Super Smoke 
- Step 2 - Season the pork roast with Traeger Pork & Poultry Rub on all sides. Place the roast in an aluminum foil pan and pour the apple juice on top. - 01:00 - 180 ˚F / 82 ˚C - Ingredients- 6 Pound (4-6 lb) pork roast 
- As Needed Traeger Pork & Poultry Rub 
- 1/4 Cup apple juice 
 
- Step 3 - Insert the probe into the thickest part of the roast. Place the pan on the grill grates and smoke with the lid closed for 1 hour. - 00:15 - 275 ˚F / 135 ˚C 
- Step 4 - Remove the roast from grill and increase the Traeger temperature to 275℉. Preheat with the lid closed 15 minutes. - 275 ˚F / 135 ˚C 
- Step 5 - Return the pan to the grill and cook with the lid closed for another 2 hours. Cover the pan with aluminum foil, return to the grill, close the lid, and cook until the internal temperature reaches 205℉, about 3 hours more. - 275 ˚F / 135 ˚C - 205 ˚F / 96 ˚C 
- Step 6 - Remove the roast from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes before serving. Serve with roasted onions, potatoes, carrots, and/or apples. Enjoy! - Ingredients- onion
