Cool down your hot summer nights with a little smoke. Smoked ice, meets fresh mint, lime juice and rum for an icy cocktail you won't be able to put down.

1 Cup | white rum |
1/2 Cup | lime juice |
1/4 Cup | Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup |
12 Whole | fresh mint leaves |
4 Sprig | mint |
4 Whole | lime wedge, for garnish |
Step 1
When ready to cook, set grill temperature to 180℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal flavor, use Super Smoke if available.

Step 2
Pour 3 cups of water into a metal high sided pan. Place pan on grill and smoke water for 30 minutes.

Remove water from grill and pour smoked water into ice cube trays. Place in freezer until frozen.
Step 4
Add rum, lime juice, Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup, mint and smoked ice to a blender.
1 Cup white rum
1/2 Cup lime juice
1/4 Cup Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup
12 Whole fresh mint leaves
Step 5
Blend until a slushy consistency and pour into glasses.
Step 6
Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge. Enjoy!
