    Pat drumsticks dry with a paper towel and season generously with salt and pepper.

    When ready to cook, set temperature to 180℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

    Arrange the chicken legs on the grill grate and smoke for 30 minutes.

    Increase grill temperature to 350℉ and cook for an additional 30 minutes.

    Brush the Texas Spicy BBQ Sauce on each of the drumsticks and cook for an additional 15 to 30 minutes, or until an instant-read meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the leg (but not touching bone) reaches 165℉. Enjoy!
