Sweet n’ Spicy Roasted Nuts

Warning: These are hard to stop eating. If you prefer a single kind of nut, such as all almonds, that works, too. Aside from snacking, these would be tasty in a salad or as part of cheese board.

Ingredients

- 32 Ounce
- lightly salted mixed nuts
- 4 Tablespoon
- unsalted butter, melted
- 3 Tablespoon
- spicy taco seasoning mix
- 2 Tablespoon
- brown sugar

Step
- Step 1 - Preheat the Traeger with the lid closed to 225°F; this will take about 15 minutes. 
- Step 2 - On a large sheet tray, toss the nuts with the butter, taco seasoning, and sugar until evenly coated. Spread the nuts out on the baking sheet. - Ingredients- 32 Ounce lightly salted mixed nuts 
- 4 Tablespoon unsalted butter, melted 
- 3 Tablespoon spicy taco seasoning mix 
- 2 Tablespoon brown sugar 
 
- Step 3 - Place the baking sheet directly on the grill grate and smoke, using Super Smoke if available, until lightly toasted in color and slightly matte in appearance, about 1 hour. - 01:00 - 225 ˚F / 107 ˚C - Super Smoke 
- Step 4 - Let cool briefly before serving. Enjoy!
