1 lemon, juiced
2 Cloveail, haché
1 TablespoonCajun seasoning
1 Teaspoonsel cachère

  • Step 1

    Plan ahead, this requires marinade time. In a large resealable bag, combine all ingredients and gently toss to ensure all of the shrimp are covered. The shrimp can be covered and marinate for 3 to 4 hours, if desired.

    • 1  lemon, juiced

    • 2 Clove ail, haché

    • 1 Tablespoon Cajun seasoning

    • 1 Teaspoon sel cachère

    • 2 Pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • Step 2

    When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 450° and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Thread the shrimp onto skewers and place directly on the hot grill grate. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side until the flesh is opaque. Serve and enjoy!
