  • Step 1

    Season steaks on all sides with Traeger Prime Rib Rub.

    Ingrédients
    • 2  steaks, cut of your choice

    • As Needed Traeger Prime Rib Rub

  • Step 2

    When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 425℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

    425 ˚F / 218 ˚C

  • Step 3

    Place steak on grill and cook until your steak has reached your preferred internal temperature, 120℉ for rare, 130℉ for medium rare, 140℉ for medium or 150℉ for well done. Enjoy!
