8 Fluid OunceTraeger Honey Bourbon BBQ Sauce
2 Bunchasparagus, ends trimmed
3 Fluid Ounceextra-virgin olive oil
2 OunceTraeger Beef Rub
24 OunceSpinach, fresh
4 OunceCandid Pecans
4 OunceCheese, Feta

    This roasted holiday salad consists of bright greens, candied pecans, & tangy spices. If you’re ‘going green’ this delicious salad is a step in the right direction.

    Ingredients
    • 4 Fluid Ounce apple cider vinegar

    • 8 Fluid Ounce Traeger Honey Bourbon BBQ Sauce

  • Step 2

    When ready to cook, set temperature to High and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Toss the asparagus with Olive Oil and the Traeger Beef Shake. Put asparagus in the Traeger Grilling Basket and move the basket to the grill grate.

    Ingredients
    • 2 Bunch asparagus, ends trimmed

    • 3 Fluid Ounce extra-virgin olive oil

    • 2 Ounce Traeger Beef Rub

  • Step 4

    Grill for about 10 minutes. Remove the asparagus once it is cooked.

  • Step 5

    Place the hot asparagus right on top of the bowl of spinach. Add candied pecans, feta cheese & salad dressing then toss and serve. Enjoy!
