This cocktail has as much flavor as it does history. Cognac, port wine, smoked simple syrup, and bitters come together for a rich, smooth sip.
Prep Time
2 Ounce | Paul Beau Vsop Cognac |
1 Ounce | Quinta do Noval Black Port |
1/4 Ounce | Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup |
3 Dash | Angostura bitters |
Step 1
Combine all ingredients together and stir with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe.
2 Ounce Paul Beau Vsop Cognac
1 Ounce Quinta do Noval Black Port
1/4 Ounce Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup
3 Dash Angostura bitters
Step 2
Garnish with an orange twist spiked with one whole clove. Enjoy!
