Traeger Swag and Sweepstakes Programs are subject to each promotion’s specific terms and conditions provided at the time of entry/participation.

While Traeger does not assign a monetary value to the data that we collect, based on our reasonable estimate, the value received from our financial Incentive programs is reasonably equal to or greater than the value Traeger receives from the use of the personal information collected from participants.

Participants can opt-out of Traeger’s financial incentive programs by making a privacy request through our privacy portal at https://www.traeger.com/privacy-policy.

As a Consumer in California, you have the right to discover, delete, and opt-out of how we process your Personal Data under certain circumstances. These rights include the ability to discover the Personal Data we have in our information and communications systems concerning you, the ability to request that we delete your Personal Data, and the ability to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Data to third parties or use of your Personal Data as part of Traeger’s financial incentive programs.
