  • butter, softened
  • 1 Teaspoon
  • vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Cup
  • sugar
  • 2
  • eggs
  • 2 1/4 Cup
  • flour
  • 1 Teaspoon
  • baking soda
  • 2 Teaspoon
  • kosher salt
  • 1/2 Cup
  • brown sugar
  • 1 Cup
  • chocolate chips
  • 1/2 Cup
  • dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 Cup
  • White Chocolate Chips

Steps

  • Step 1

    Start the Traeger grill on smoke with the lid open until fire is established (4-5 minutes). Set the temperature to high, close the lid and allow to preheat for 10-15 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Cream butter, vanilla and sugars. Add eggs one at a time. Add dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips.

    • 1 Cup butter, softened

    • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract

    • 1/2 Cup sugar

    • 2  eggs

    • 2 1/4 Cup flour

    • 1 Teaspoon baking soda

    • 2 Teaspoon kosher salt

    • 1/2 Cup brown sugar

    • 1 Cup chocolate chips

    • 1/2 Cup dark chocolate chips

    • 1/2 Cup White Chocolate Chips

  • Step 3

    Roll into large balls and put in cast iron pan. Bake on High in the Traeger for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
