You may encounter one of two different messages involving an inability to do something in a reasonable time:
These are both grill-generated messages that may occur during the pairing process between your grill and your app.
When unable to get an IP, the grill is trying to connect with the server but there are no calls from the server to use it.
If you can't connect to the network, the grill is trying to connect to WiFi and the grill is not accepting or rejecting the grill so it times out. It means an issue with the router.
Restart your router, restart your grill, and begin the pairing process again.
