Step 1
When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 500°F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

Step 2
Slice the bacon in half crosswise. Wrap each tomato with a half slice of bacon and secure with a wooden toothpick. Place the tomatoes on a large foil-lined baking sheet and season with cracked black pepper.

Place the baking sheet on the grill grates. Close the lid and cook until the bacon has rendered and tomatoes are bursting, 25 minutes.
