This traditional baked Italian pasta dish is filled with bacon and sausage in a homemade marinara sauce.

- 1/2 Teaspoon

- 1/2 Teaspoon

- Ziti Pasta, Cooked Al Dente
- 1 Cup
- ricotta cheese
- 2 Cup
- shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 Cup
- parmesan cheese, grated

Steps
- Step 1 - When ready to cook, set the Traeger to 375℉ (190 C) and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. - 375 ˚F / 191 ˚C 
- Step 2 - Place a large dutch oven pan in grill. When pan is hot, on cook the bacon. - 375 ˚F / 191 ˚C - Ingredients- 4 Ounce bacon, diced 
 
- Step 3 - Add onion and garlic, and sauté for 3 minutes or until onion is tender. Add sausage, and sauté for 5 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. - 00:08 - 375 ˚F / 191 ˚C - Ingredients- 1 onion, diced 
- 3 Clove garlic, chopped 
- 1 Pound Italian Sausage, Sliced 
 
- Step 4 - Add wine, tomatoes, basil, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes. - 00:05 - 375 ˚F / 191 ˚C - Ingredients- 1 Cup dry red wine 
- 1 (28 oz) crushed tomatoes 
- 1/2 Cup fresh basil 
- 1/2 Teaspoon kosher salt 
- 1/2 Teaspoon ground red pepper 
 
- Step 5 - Stir in pasta, ricotta cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle remaining half of the mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese on top. - Ingredients- 12 Ounce Ziti Pasta, Cooked Al Dente 
- 1 Cup ricotta cheese 
- 2 Cup shredded mozzarella cheese 
- 1/2 Cup parmesan cheese, grated
