This traditional baked Italian pasta dish is filled with bacon and sausage in a homemade marinara sauce.

1 Cup | dry red wine |
1 | (28 oz) crushed tomatoes |

1/2 Teaspoon | ground red pepper |
12 Ounce | Ziti Pasta, Cooked Al Dente |
1 Cup | ricotta cheese |
2 Cup | shredded mozzarella cheese |
1/2 Cup | Parmesan cheese, grated |

When ready to cook, set the Traeger to 375℉ (190 C) and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Place a large dutch oven pan in grill. When pan is hot, on cook the bacon.

Add onion and garlic, and sauté for 3 minutes or until onion is tender. Add sausage, and sauté for 5 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.

Add wine, tomatoes, basil, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.

Stir in pasta, ricotta cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle remaining half of the mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese on top.

2 Cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Close grill and bake pasta for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly. Enjoy!
