    • 12 Pieces sliced bacon, divided

    • 1/3 Cup Brown sugar

  • 3

On a cooling rack placed on top of a large baking sheet, place the brown sugared bacon pieces along with the remaining 4 pieces of bacon.
  • 4

Place the baking sheet directly on the grill grates. Close the lid and cook the bacon for 15-20 minutes, or until the fat renders but the bacon is still pliable.

Remove the bacon from the grill. Reduce the Traeger temperature to 325°F. Grease an 8 x 8-inch baking dish, or cake pan with nonstick cooking spray.

  • 7

While bacon is still warm, place 1 slice of the brown sugared bacon on top of 1 of the unrolled rolls and roll back up. Slice the bacon if necessary to fit the length of the dough. Repeat for all the rolls. Place the bacon filled cinnamon rolls into the prepared baking dish.
  • 8

Place the baking dish directly on the grill grates. Close the lid, and cook the cinnamon rolls until golden, rotating the pan halfway through the cooking time, 10-15 minutes.
  • 9

In a small bowl, add the cream cheese frosting and mix in the softened cream cheese. Crumble the remaining cooked bacon and add it into the cream cheese frosting.

    • 2 Ounce cream cheese, softened

Remove the cinnamon rolls from the grill. Spread the frosting over the cinnamon rolls while they are still warm, and serve. Enjoy!
