2 Pound chicken wings, flats and drumettes separated
As Needed Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan Rub
To Taste Traeger Chicken Rub
1 Can (7 oz) chipotle peppers in adobo
4 Tablespoon unsalted butter
1 Tablespoon honey
2 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
As Needed Avocado crema, ranch, or blue cheese dressing, for serving
lime wedges, for serving

    When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 350°F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

    Spread the chicken flats and drumettes on a baking sheet and season lightly on both sides with Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan Rub and Traeger Chicken Rub.

    Place the chicken wings on the grill grate and cook for 30 minutes.

    Meanwhile, put the butter and chipotles into a saucepan and melt the butter over low heat. After the butter has melted, puree the mixture in a blender or using an immersion blender. Whisk in the honey and lime juice. (Add more honey or lime to taste.)

    Once the wings are cooked through, transfer them to a bowl and toss with the chipotle honey-lime glaze. Serve the wings with avocado crema, ranch or blue cheese dressing and garnish with lime wedges. Enjoy!
