- Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning
- 4 Slices
- bacon

- Step 1 - When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 450°F and preheat lid closed for 15 minutes. - 450 ˚F / 232 ˚C 
- Step 2 - Trim pork loin of any unwanted silverskin or fat. Using a sharp knife, cut pork loin lengthwise into 4 long strips. - Ingredients- 1 Whole pork loin 
 
- Step 3 - Lay pork flat, then season with salt, pepper and Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning. Flip the pork strips over and layer bacon on the unseasoned side. - Ingredients- To Taste salt and pepper 
- To Taste Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning 
- 4 Slices bacon 
 
- Step 4 - Begin tightly rolling the pork strips, with bacon being rolled up on the inside. 
- Step 5 - Secure a skewer all the way through the pork roll to secure it in place. Set the pork rolls down on the grill grate and cook for 15 minutes. - 00:15 - 450 ˚F / 232 ˚C 
- Step 6 - Brush Traeger Sweet & Heat BBQ Sauce over the pork. Turn each skewer over then coat the other side. - Ingredients- To Taste Traeger Sweet & Heat BBQ Sauce 
 
- Step 7 - Let pork cook for another 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the thickness of your pork. Enjoy! - 00:10 - 450 ˚F / 232 ˚C - Super Smoke
