Light, refreshing, and perfect for summer. This cocktail gives High West whiskey a lime juice kick and sweetens the deal with Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup and ginger beer.

Units of Measurement:
2 Ounce High West Whiskey
1/2 Ounce fresh squeezed lime juice
1/2 Ounce smoked simple syrup (homemade or store-bought)
4 Ounce ginger beer
1 Sprig fresh mint, for garnish
1 lime wedge, for garnish

    Fill an 8-ounce glass with ice and pour in the whiskey, lime juice, and Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup. Stir to combine.

    • 2 Ounce High West Whiskey

    • 1/2 Ounce fresh squeezed lime juice

    • 1/2 Ounce smoked simple syrup (homemade or store-bought)

    Top off with ginger beer. Give it another stir and garnish with mint and a lime wedge. Enjoy!
