Step 1
Cut mahi-mahi into fifteen squares.

1 Fillet, mahi-mahi
Step 2
Mix all ingredients in a shallow pan. Thread ingredients onto Traeger skewers.

1 Cup baby carrots
1 Cup Green Beans, flat
1 Cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 Teaspoon Traeger Veggie Rub
1 Teaspoon Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan Rub
1 Teaspoon basil leaves
Step 3
When ready to cook, start the Traeger and set the temperature to 450°F and preheat, lid closed for 10 to 15 minutes.
