Mandy is from Dallas TX where she lives with her husband and daughter. Mandy went to the French Culinary Institute, to get a degree in Pastry Arts. She has worked in restaurants across CA and TN, in addition to running a cake business. Mandy loves to share her passions by teaching, writing recipes, and sharing great food with her friends and family.
