1 1/2 Ounce | Dewar's Aged 12 Years Scotch |
3/4 Ounce | lemon juice |
1/2 Ounce | smoked simple syrup (homemade or store-bought) |

Step 1
When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 450° and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

Grill orange slices for 10 minutes until lightly charred.

1 orange, sliced
Step 3
Add all ingredients, except the orange slices in a tumbler filled with ice and stir well. Garnish with grilled orange slice and Enjoy!
