This simple and easy-to-make grilled portobello burger recipe is a healthy and tasty alternative to the standard hamburger.

When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 450˚F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal results, set to 450° if available.

In a small bowl, add the fresh thyme, rosemary, oregano, olive oil, salt, and pepper and mix together. Rub over the mushrooms.

Place the mushrooms discreetly on the grill grates. Close the lid, and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side.

Remove the portobello mushroom burgers from the grill. Build the burgers, using brioche buns, lettuce, tomato, onion, and ketchup, or with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
