This simple and easy-to-make grilled portobello burger recipe is a healthy and tasty alternative to the standard hamburger.

|1 Teaspoon||fresh thyme, chopped|
|1 Teaspoon||fresh rosemary, chopped|
|To Taste||fine sea salt|
|To Taste||Black pepper|
|1 Teaspoon||fresh oregano, chopped|
|3 Tablespoon||Olive oil|
|6||brioche buns, or other burger buns, for serving|
|lettuce, for serving|
|Red onion, sliced, for serving|
|Ketchup, for serving|
|sliced tomato, for serving|
When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 450˚F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal results, set to 450° if available.

In a small bowl, add the fresh thyme, rosemary, oregano, olive oil, salt, and pepper and mix together. Rub over the mushrooms.
6 portobello mushrooms

3 Tablespoon Olive oil
Place the mushrooms discreetly on the grill grates. Close the lid, and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side.
Remove the portobello mushroom burgers from the grill. Build the burgers, using brioche buns, lettuce, tomato, onion, and ketchup, or with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
