When ready to cook, start the Traeger according to grill instructions. Set the temperature to 350 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin spice, and ginger and set aside.

In another bowl, beat the butter until it's light and fluffy. Add sugar, pumpkin puree, egg and vanilla, mix well.

Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until fully incorporated. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.

Drop spoonful amounts of dough onto a parchment covered baking sheet.

Bake for about 10 minutes on the Traeger or until cookies are lightly browned. Serve warm. Enjoy!
