- 3 Whole
- Tuna, steak
- As Needed
- olive oil
- As Needed
- salt and pepper
- As Needed
- soy sauce
- As Needed
- Sriracha

Steps
- Step 1 - Lightly baste both sides of tuna steaks in olive oil; sprinkle sea salt and ground pepper on each side. - Ingredients- 3 Whole Tuna, steak 
- As Needed olive oil 
- As Needed salt and pepper 
 
- Step 2 - When ready to cook, turn temperature to High and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes. 
- Step 3 - Grill tuna steaks on each side for 2 to 2-1/2 minutes. 
- Step 4 - Remove tuna from grill and allow to cool slightly. 
- Step 5 - Cut into 1/2 - 3/4” pieces. Serve with a mixture of Soy Sauce and Sriracha. Enjoy!" - Ingredients- As Needed soy sauce
