Seared Bluefin Tuna Steaks




Pro Team member and legendary sport fisherman, Duane Diego makes a mean Tuna Steak. Use his recipe for any catch of the day.

  • 3 Whole Tuna, steak

  • Olive oil

  • salt and pepper

  • soy sauce

  • Sriracha

    Lightly baste both sides of tuna steaks in olive oil; sprinkle sea salt and ground pepper on each side.

    When ready to cook, turn temperature to High and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.

    Grill tuna steaks on each side for 2 to 2-1/2 minutes.

    Remove tuna from grill and allow to cool slightly.

    Cut into 1/2 - 3/4” pieces. Serve with a mixture of Soy Sauce and Sriracha. Enjoy!"
