2 Tablespoon | Dijon mustard |
1 Tablespoon | Fresh lemon juice |
1 Tablespoon | chopped fresh tarragon, dill, or flat-leaf parsley, plus more for garnish |

When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 350°F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

Season the salmon fillets with Traeger Fin & Feather Rub.

In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and tarragon. Spread the glaze over the flesh side of the fish.

2 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 Tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon, dill, or flat-leaf parsley, plus more for garnish

Arrange the salmon fillets directly on the grill grates, skin-side down. Close the lid and grill until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork, 25-30 minutes.

Transfer the salmon to a platter. Garnish with more herbs and serve with lemon wedges, if desired. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
