Smoked Pomegranate Juice
16 Ounce POM Juice
2 Cup pomegranate seeds

3 Ounce smoked pomegranate juice
6 Ounce sparkling white wine
lemon twist, for garnish
2 Teaspoon pomegranate seeds

    When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 180°F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal flavor, use Super Smoke if available.

    For the Smoked Pomegranate Juice: Pour POM juice and a cup of pomegranate seeds into a shallow sheet pan. Smoke on the Traeger for 45 minutes. Pull off grill, strain, discard seeds and let sit until chilled.

    Ingredients
    • 16 Ounce POM Juice

    • 2 Cup pomegranate seeds

    Add 1-1/2 ounces of the smoked pomegranate juice to the bottom of a champagne flute.

    Add sparkling white wine, a few fresh pomegranate seeds and a lemon twist to garnish. Enjoy!
