This aromatic drink will leave your martini glass smokin'. Smoked vermouth and vodka make for the perfect martini. Add a smoked cocktail onion skewer to tie it all together.

2 Jar | vermouth soaked cocktail onions |
3 Ounce | vodka |
1 Ounce | dry vermouth |

When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 180°F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

To make the smoked onion vermouth: Pour jar of vermouth soaked cocktail onions onto a shallow sheet pan. Smoke for 45 minutes. Remove from grill and set aside to chill.

To make the cocktail: Add vodka, 1 teaspoon liquid from the smoked onions and dry vermouth to a mixing glass. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.
