Spicy Grilled Pork Sliders

Step 1
Mix the pork and rub in a bowl. Do not over mix or the slider will be too tightly bound.

24 Ounce ground pork
3 Ounce Traeger Chipotle Rub

Portion the meat into 12 (2 oz) balls, then flatten the balls into patties about 2-1/2” round.

When ready to cook, set the Traeger to 275℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. Cook the sliders for 8 minutes on each side.

Increase the temperature to HIGH. Once grill reaches temperature, cook for 1 additional minute per side.

Add the cheese and cook for another 30 seconds.

Remove from Traeger and let rest for 5 minutes.

Toast the slider buns for 1 minute on each side and assemble slider. Top with your favorite salsa. Enjoy!
