Our sweet Mandarin salmon recipe features a tangy glaze with a hint of fresh lime juice and seasonings. Brush it onto a salmon fillet and finish on the Traeger for flaky seafood perfection.

1 Whole | (2 lb) skin-on side of salmon, pin bones removed |

When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature 375°F and preheat, lid close for 15 minutes.

In a medium bowl, combine the Mandarin sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, soy sauce, cilantro, and black pepper.
1 1/2 Cup mandarin orange sauce
Juice of 1 lime
1 Teaspoon sesame oil
1 1/2 Tablespoon soy sauce
2 Tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro
To Taste freshly ground black pepper

Cut the salmon crosswise into 4 fillets. Brush with some of the glaze, reserving the rest.

Place the salmon fillets directly on the grill grates, skin-side down. Insert the probe horizontally into the center of the largest fillet. Close the lid and cook until the internal temperature reaches 155°F, 15-20 minutes. Halfway through the cook time, brush the salmon with more glaze.

Remove the salmon from the grill and serve warm with the remaining glaze alongside. Enjoy!
