Our sweet mandarin salmon recipe features a tangy glaze with a hint of fresh lime juice and seasoning. Brush it onto a salmon filet and finish it on the Traeger for flaky seafood perfection.

  • 1 Whole lime, juiced

  • 1 Teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1 1/2 Cup mandarin orange sauce

  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon soy sauce

  • 2 Tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro

  • freshly cracked black pepper

  • 1 Whole salmon side

    When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature 375 °F and preheat with the lid close for 15 minutes.

    For the Glaze: Combine the mandarin sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, soy sauce, cilantro and black pepper. Mix together.

    • 1 Teaspoon sesame oil

    • 1 1/2 Cup mandarin orange sauce

    • 1 1/2 Tablespoon soy sauce

    • 2 Tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro

    • To Taste freshly cracked black pepper

    Cut the salmon into 4 fillets. Brush with glaze and place directly on the grill grate, skin-side down.

    Cook until salmon reaches an internal temperature of 155 °F, about 15 to 20 minutes. Halfway through the cook time, brush the salmon again with the glaze.

    Remove the salmon from the Traeger and serve with remaining glaze if desired. Enjoy!
