1/2 Cup apple cider vinegar
1 Teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 Teaspoon onion powder
2 Clove garlic, minced
3 Tablespoon honey
1 Teaspoon dried thyme
To Taste salt
To Taste pepper
1/4 Cup Canola oil
1 Pound (21/25ct) shrimp, cleaned, peeled, & deveined
8 spicy sausage links, smoked

    In a medium bowl, add the vinegar, mustard, onion powder, garlic, honey, thyme, salt, pepper, and canola oil. Stir to combine. Add the shrimp and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate.

    Ingredients
    • 1/2 Cup apple cider vinegar

    • 1 Teaspoon Dijon mustard

    • 1 Teaspoon onion powder

    • 2 Clove garlic, minced

    • 3 Tablespoon honey

    • 1 Teaspoon dried thyme

    • To Taste salt

    • 1/4 Cup Canola oil

    • 1 Pound (21/25ct) shrimp, cleaned, peeled, & deveined

    Cut the sausage links in half length-wise, and then cut into 2-inch-pieces.

    Ingredients
    • 8  spicy sausage links, smoked

    When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 450°F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

    Assemble the skewers. Alternate the sausage and shrimp on the skewers, 2 shrimp, and 3 sausage pieces per skewer.

    Place the skewers directly on the grill grates. Close the lid and cook for 8-10 minutes, until the shrimp is opaque and fully cooked, and sausage is heated through.

    Remove the skewers from the grill and serve warm. Enjoy!
