This bold coconut, habanero-spiced, & citrus roast will warm you up as it goes down.

2/3 | habanero peppers, seeded |
2/3 Can | coconut milk |
1/3 Teaspoon | Chinese five-spice powder |
2/3 Tablespoon | paprika |
2/3 Teaspoon | curry powder |
2/3 Tablespoon | lime juice |
2/3 Tablespoon | garlic, minced |
2/3 Teaspoon | freshly grated ginger |

Mix all ingredients, except pork, in a bowl. Rub the mixture onto your pork and let it sit overnight.

2/3 Can coconut milk
1/3 Teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
2/3 Tablespoon paprika
2/3 Teaspoon curry powder
2/3 Tablespoon lime juice
2/3 Tablespoon garlic, minced
2/3 Teaspoon freshly grated ginger

When ready to cook, set the Traeger to 300℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Place pork on hot grill. Cook for 1 to 1-1/2 hours, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145-150℉ for medium-rare to medium. Enjoy!
