This bold coconut, habanero-spiced, & citrus roast will warm you up as it goes down.

  • 2 Pound Pork, Loins

  • 2/3 habanero peppers, seeded

  • 2/3 Can coconut milk

  • 1/3 Teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder

  • 2/3 Tablespoon paprika

  • 2/3 Teaspoon curry powder

  • 2/3 Tablespoon lime juice

  • 2/3 Tablespoon garlic, minced

  • 2/3 Teaspoon freshly grated ginger

    Mix all ingredients, except pork, in a bowl. Rub the mixture onto your pork and let it sit overnight.

    • 2/3 Tablespoon paprika

    • 2/3 Teaspoon curry powder

    • 2/3 Teaspoon freshly grated ginger

    When ready to cook, set the Traeger to 300℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

    Place pork on hot grill. Cook for 1 to 1-1/2 hours, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145-150℉ for medium-rare to medium. Enjoy!
